"Dry dry omelet, very dry. They tasted like a sponge, they were definitely overcooked. The hollandaise sauce didn't even help, it was still super dry. Pancakes were grainy and nothing like that of what I know IHOP pancakes to be. The blueberries used in my pancakes were like rubber in texture. Avoiding this location."
"I will never go to this ihop again. I ordered Big Steak omelette only to go home to find there was no potatoes nor beef inside. No wonder the bag felt so light. The egg was overcooked and dry and the pancakes were very dark brown indicating overcooking. The usual taste of ihop pancake was dearly lost. Never Never going there again. I wish I could give them a zero star."
"I called n they dont pick up...n if they finally do.. is to talk in a rush n then hang up on your face.. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They make u fell as if u calling to bother them...like they doing u this huge favor in talking to u. I visit Miami at least twice a year..I love it, but most of the places here treat u with defiant attitude. Like they don't need nor care for the customers. Some people forget WE THE PAYING CUSTOMERS r the reason they can pay their bills...n have a life. In California u get fired on the spot if u don't exercise Customer service.. The customer is always 1st.. maybe not always right, but definitely 1st. IHOP need a Team Client Relations Trainer...or better management."
"1. Waited 1 hour for my order. It was prepared 3 times incorrectly because they misplaced the ticket. Finally I was asked to provide a copy of the receipt and my food was prepared. When I arrived home I realized I was missing pancakes and the eggs were undercooked. This was the worst experience ever at this location. 2. A homeless persone was sleeping in the bench in the waiting area so nobody else was able to sit and wait. ** The worst experience ever at this location."
"I am SO beyond upset right now. I ordered food to be delivered and my order is incorrect. I just checked into my hotel after flying 8 hours to get here, and I am starving! I asked for all Turkey sausage because I do not eat pork, but guess what I received. PORK ALL OVER MY EGGS AND HASH BROWNS!! 😡 They did not send any utensils to eat with, (which I requested also) nor did they send syrup for our pancakes. Our drinks are smaller than the size we ordered, and I received the wrong drink anyway. When I called to speak to someone about my order, the young woman who answered hung up on me. UNPROFESSIONAL!! When I called back, a young man answered and was polite. He said I’d have to call back in the morning and speak to a manager. Very very unfortunate, and I’m still hungry. 😡"
