"Went for dinner and it was an incredibly beautiful experience. The service was excellent, they explain the menu very well, and describe the drinks, meat and accompaniments perfectly. It was my first time having wagyu and I will say that the whole experience made everything better for me. My partner and I opted for the $ option, and we definitely got more than enough quality meat for that part. Definitely bang for your buck. We will definitely come back in the future! Kudos to the management and crew."

"From beginning to end, the experience at Hyun was impeccable. The staff are friendly and professional, and do a great job of explaining the different cuts of wagyu. Now the wagyu was something else. If you have never had wagyu before, you are in for a flavor experience like no other. The cuts of meat melt in your mouth, while the fat coats your palate in with the most amazing flavor. We opted for the $/person AYCE, so we can enjoy the most wagyu cuts as possible. We recommend coming hungry. And the hojicha ice cream is the perfect way to end your dining experience."

"For starters, I came here as a party of 7. From the moment we walked in the ambience was so great and the service was above and beyond any place we experienced. Our waiter and our chef were so friendly and accommodating. Our waiter was so thorough in explaining everything on the menu and answering all of our questions and he had a great sense of humor but kept it professional. Our chef was even more amazing. He explained every cut, he took the time to explain the process of wagyu and why it’s so expensive. He was such a great host and he also had such a great sense of humor which made our experience so amazing. The food, I don’t even know where to begin. As expected, the wagyu was heavenly. It was better than any of us could’ve expected despite all these YouTube videos we’ve seen. All the dishes that were served like the palate cleansers/salads/veggies were so necessary. If you’re contemplating which option to choose I would go for the $, it’s worth it for a once in a lifetime experience."

"There are two options you can choose from. The $ and the $ dollar option. We chose the option simply because we didn't think we would be able to finish the dollar option. We chose right. The dollar option was the perfect amount for us (2 people). The amount of cuts may not look like a lot but it was incredibly filling. We were told to get some cold noodles to eat at the end and it ended up being a really good idea. You feel so sluggish after such a heavy meal that a nice bowl of cold noodles soothes your stomach so I highly recommend supplementing all that meat with noodles! Service was nice and our cook cooked each meat to perfection. The sides were delicious and were great palate cleansers. You get a lot of high quality cuts for a fairly decent price. I would most likely come back but only once in a while since it's such a fatty meal."
