"We are Hyatt members, so we stay in a lot of Hyatt’s around the south. Hyatt Beale Street is by far the nicest and our most favorite Hyatt. It was so nice to park our car and enjoy Beale street our entire stay without having to worry about parking. We were easily able to walk to the FedEx Forum, the Civil Rights Museum, and all of the major restaurants on Beale Street. The hotel was clean, the employees were incredibly nice, and it had this swanky Memphis vibe that was great. We cannot wait to stay here again we when come back to Grizz games."

"I thought it was overpriced for the experience. Bed was comfortable, room was reasonably clean. Elevator required room key to get to floor, so that security feature was nice. Poor attention to detail. When I checked in, there were no cups in the room (none in the bathroom, none by the ice bucket, none by the coffee maker). I called the desk to ask for some, I was told they would be brought up. I left the room an hour later, no cups still. I asked at the desk in person, please bring cups to my room. I returned 6 hours later- no cups. I went back down to desk to ask for cups, "we'll bring some." No cups after an hour, I called again. So this is 4 times asking for cups in about an 8hr time frame. Never got any. Woke up thirsty with no vessel to hold water from the sink. Of course no bottled water provided in the room. And I couldn't make coffee in the morning. Toiletries are communal bottles that are bolted into the shower (not my personal preference). Only 2 towels provided in the room. Room was about $/night. Valet was >$/night. I will not stay here again."

"Great night for a rooftop social!! The staff was absolutely incredible, food and drinks were fantastic. We will definitely book this location again!! Shout out to Mandi and Matthew!!"

"The hotel is very nice. Valet parking went very smoothly. The staff was very friendly. Be aware that to make the building look cool they took half the windows away so our river view room was one we had to get up on the window to see the view. In the future I would pay the upgrade to get a corner suite so we actually had the view. We had a hard time with the thermostat and keeping the room cool at night. Overall good stay and would stay again with an upgrade as we picked the hotel for the river view."

"This would be 5 stars if it was safe to park or have a Valet park your car. Beautiful hotel, with many helpful employees. DO NOT GO HERE! I REPEAT STAY AWAY"
