"I went to get second piercings in my earlobes. I’m the biggest chicken that ever was when it comes to needles and Matt was extremely patient and made sure I felt in control of the whole situation. He took the time to explain everything which was helpful and I stopped feeling nervous, too. He even made me focus on my breathing. I’m thinking of getting another piercing once these heal and I’ll definitely be back to see Matt. I highly recommend."
