"Update I had to take one star away due to how I was recently treated by the account manager David. As I recently sold my house with hunt a home a few weeks later received a bill. I was out of town for a week and had one question about something on the bill which they got back to me on Sunday not seen my personal emails only to met with an email saying if I didn’t pay the balance by Friday they were going to take action against me. Honestly it was distasteful as during my time with the company multiple inaccuracies happened with my statement and during my home sell David was less then helpful with answering my questions and getting back to me. So to see that email was just a put off. I still think the company is good, but David out everyone I’ve worked with in the company has been the least helpful and lacks true customer service like the rest. I’m not sure since I’m no longer a customer this why he decided to act that way but after making thousands off of me from the sale of my house and using their service I honestly expected better. Justin is amazing and my interactions with hunt has also been good. I’ve been using HUNTAHOME for about 3 years now. I honestly have had no issues. They made the process very easy. My house was rented out within 3 days of being put on the market and I’ve had the same tenants since. Rent always comes on time and with a spreadsheet that explains all the fees. I recommend them to anyone needing a property manager."

"Not the type of person to leave bad reviews often but... I am a licensed real estate agent so I deal with a lot of poor management companies. However when I went to inquire about the price drop on one of their listings the agent responded with a smart comment. Obviously that doesn't matter, I've dealt with unprofessional agents before. However, I went to the vacant property with my client to show. The showing instructions include calling a automated messaging system to obtain the combo. I tried several times to access and it was not working. I spent minutes in + degree heat WITH my clients calling the only number listed for the company. I got the answering services and all they could do was "put in a ticket." I was unable to reach any other department of this business. I emailed the agent three times explaining the situation and then eventually my frustration and have not heard a peep back from the agent or the company. This was my clients first impression of this company and decided they did not want to lease any properties from them now or in the future. If getting a hold of them to lease a property out and make them money is this difficult I don't even want to know what being a tenant is like. I DO NOT recommend doing business with them. If the agent had just reached out apologizing and lending assistance this review would not have been left."

"I've been renting for over 5 years now & I have NEVER experienced a more shadier, greedy and unprofessional company than Huntahome. These folks do not stay in communication, I called and emailed them for a week straight and not once did they ever respond to me. They do not care about your well being as a tenant all they care about is money. They will charge you for things they have not even gone over with you. Be VERY AWARE if you rent through these people. They play the godly act to make themselves seem like good people and they're the COMPLETE opposite. DO NOT RENT THROUGH HUNTAHOME."

"Absolutely amazing service, communication, and follow-up! I'm very glad to start working with Hunt-a-home after a terrible experience with another property management company. Hunt-a-Home is a full service property management company helping not only list the home, but also contact contractors to get the home ready for listing. There was constant communication between the leasing team and me with information about the number of times the home was toured, applications that came in, and leasing leads. My home was in market and leased very quickly during COVID-! I never felt like I wasn't their first priority!"

They have an integral business, so besides helping with the real estate transaction they also took care of all necessary repairs & inspections,at fair price and good quality work.
