"Lack of customer sevice skills. I called because I needed an appointment to know what is happened with a car. I don't drive the car to describe it and the lady started to yell at me. She started to speak with a normal voice and then when I said I don't know what is happening with the car. She started to rise her voice and she said its my normal voice and hang up me. I don't deserve this, if I know what is happening, maybe I even don't needed the appointment. I've your customer since , but for the very first time, I don't want to come back for anything with you"

"Okay!!! Let me get started! This is the worst car dealership you could go to.EVER The car salesman are not loyal to their word and no one tells the truth. I bought a certified pre-owned vehicle from Hoy Volkswagon and they have this “plan” that gives u free service for 2 years or as they said. I asked about oil changes and quoting the car sales man,” your first one is free anyways.” I recently went to get my oil changes specifically with Hoy because i got them for free . I came to Hoy and the car salesman i was with before, he mentioned at the beginning, “ oh you have your free oil changes with us.”We take the car to finance and service which is also a mess too. I leave my car and they tell me to pick it up at 5. He as well mentioned that it was the free oil change. I come back to pick up the car and ended up havibg to pay for it. This is not my first experience like this here before either. i will never be back here.ANYWAYSSSS"

"Horrible service ! My husband called to see if they can add transmission fluid to our car because it has a little leak and can't afford to fix it right now and the guy refused and said " why it's just gonna leak it out ". And told us there's nothing they can do about it and hung up. What's the point of being a Volkswagen dealership if your not gonna be able to help your customers out. Ver rude and disrespectful service Everytime I go there . Never going back again."

"Easy process to purchase a atlas. Had been looking for a new vehicle for about a month. The car sold itself and wife was happy with purchase. Service was adequate but never really felt like they went the extra mile for our business. Small details like not offering a water, car not detailed, have to go back for extra key that was misplaced didn't leave me with the greatest impression. Spend on a vehicle but still pay for tint cash. Sold a service package I didn't notice until picking up the car. Oh well, wife loved car at least."
