After verifying my unusually high bill was in error after a service technician manually checked and misreported by meter, several months later and my account still has not been credited. There has to be a better way.

For the most part, the work crews are generally nice to interact with, respectful of the homeowners around them and hard working. And then you get their managers who apparently think they are better than the public and can just block their only parking and then give attitude when you try and explain why they can’t park there

I had Mark Abowd as an inspector, he was rude from the start. He put the survey form on the bed of my truck without me knowing… and then asked for it. When I couldn’t find it he told me he was going to fail the inspection. He then said that he had given the survey form “to my hand” and that I am unprepared. He told me he would give me 20 seconds to look through my truck to try to find it. When I couldn’t find it he drove off and said “sorry buddy.”

Discrimination upon vehicle permitting windows 19 . I will have her name in Monday’s I will post it for people . The worse customer service ever
