"I met Mayor Turner long ago through a good friend. He listened, I appreciated that. I retired from the city in . I got a letter last week from Aetna insurance cancelling my PPO plan which the city offered in . I emailed the retiree benefits office. I got a rude email unsigned on Sunday. The writer actually threatened not to help me if I used combative language any further. I didn't do that, and this individual needs help. Dealing with city employees is always a crapshoot. Some are great, but many are not. I know I worked for this city for yrs."
