"My $k truck was stolen Thursday evening between 7:pm March 3 out of this lot. I filed a police report but it still hasn't been found. Tried to call Hospitality parking multiple times to ask them to check their camera but they won't answer and won't call back. I recommend parking somewhere else!"

"I stayed at the Emily Morgan Hotel and had to use Hospitality Parking and I was so unhappy with them. They damaged my boyfriends truck, we filed a claim and now they are telling me that they are not responsible. They are responsible because when I asked for the keys they insisted on opening my door and when he went to open the door, he broke the door handle. So they are telling us that they do not reimburse for mechanic damages. Dillon Stafford said "what guarantees him that the handle would of broke if I opened it". So now I have to fix something they broke and they double charged our credit card. I will never stay somewhere that I can not park my own car. Never trust your vehicle with them."

"Stayed at Gibbs Hotel in San Antonio and made the mistake of using this valet service. For $ + tips they told me that my car would be parked in a gated lot. In the morning, before walking around San Antonio for ease of mind, I headed the couple blocks over where they told me it would be parked to find that it was in a very accessible parking lot without any barriers at all. Usually I wouldn't be this concerned, but I had all of my belongings in my car as I'm moving across the country. They lied to me after I told them that detail. Definitely spoiled our time in San Antonio all together."

"One of the only times I ever use Valet service and they lost my keys. It is currently 1:am and I am waiting for roadside assistance to come open my car in downtown San Antonio. Hopefully my spare key is in my backpack which is in my car, otherwise I won't be able to get back home. I don't even have a spare apartment key so I will have to wait until monday to get my keys back.You better believe I will never use a Valet ever again."

"Well priced parking lot in a highly over priced city. I was happy with the price of my parking stay; $7 (for 2hrs) - $3. an hr, but getting to and from the place was an absolute nightmare (it was Saturday lunch time). I chose price over convenience, no sure I'd do it again. I value my time more than money."
