"No way to look up receipts when making a return. THANKFULLY they do email receipts amd I was able to find mine that way. Wish the staff on duty were more informed about receipt availability and options to help customers when making returns. A store credit isn't the same as a credit back to a credit card. MAKES A DIFFERENCE when paying interest, so helps to know how to help customers locate and utilize electronic receipts. They do have a nove selection of home stuff, but hit or miss. Think Ross has better prices. Holiday return policy should be changed to Jan th vs Jan th. That 1 week makes a difference and easier to remember."
"Disappointing. Not saying we didn't buy some stuff...but it would be difficult to go there with a specific product in mind. The store is like a Ross/Marshalls, just as disorganized and random. It's as if the employees don't care... and they may not."
