"We had to stay here for 2 months after the winter storm caused a pipe to break in our apartment. The staff was super friendly and treated us very well. This was back in March and April so Covid protocols didn’t allow for an open breakfast bar but the breakfast boxes they provided were great and filling. The gym is a pretty decent size and the laundry room was sufficient. Don’t forget to bring quarters to the laundry room, since the front desk doesn’t always have change. Great place and would recommend all to stay."

"The carpet in my room was disgusting. The front staff was rude at check-in. I am traveling to attend the loss of a loved one and shouldn’t have to deal with this behavior. People need to understand, not everyone is traveling for pleasure. I was scared to walk barefoot in my room due to the nasty carpet( will try to post pic). If such a visual thing such as carpet is dirty, can I trust that the bedding is clean? The loveseat in the room is a Nutella color however, it is extremely soiled as well. You would think the floors would be clean at minimal at $ a night."

"The breakfast was decent and the lady serving was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking. The bathroom was dirty and room appears dated. The lobby was more appealing thsn the room. The walls were very thin and the guest above me was running for hours! I called the front desk but it didn't stop."

"On family vacation and we had a rly good stay. Great spot! Nice rooms, very good breakfast and friendly staff. Pet friendly and very accommodating. I will definitely book here again! Highly recommended. They have a pool, gym and laundry too! They also provide baggies for your pet so you can clean after then. Excellent hotel and excellent experience. Thank you."

"Wish I could give 0 stars. Had an absolute abysmal stay. Most of us woke up in the middle of the night to a fire. The ac unit literally blew up and caught flames. The staff was unapologetic but the fire department was incredible. I would give them 5 stars. As they took care of the fire, we all waited for hours outside from around am, some in their pajamas and others went out so fast they didn't have any of their belongings or room keys. When it was all taken care of, the entire hotel smelled like burnt plastic, I could hardly breathe. I asked for a refund and nope, not even a refund was issued or any type of credit. Really guys? And they even hurried me out in the morning. Would never stay here again. There are plenty of lot of other hotels in the area"
