"I purchased an item on -Apr- online to pick up from store. today's the -May- and it shows on the home Depot app that the store received this product on the -Apr- and it still shows that they are getting it ready for pick up. I've made several attempts to call the store, sent emails, no communication. I'm not willing to risk my health or the health, my families health or any other member of the community to come down to the store for an update! absolutely unacceptable. Lowe's next door and other home Depot locations are able to have items ready within a few hours of ordering the products. several other items that I've purchased for pickup at the Copperfield store have taken several days and upwards of 2 hr wait times at the curb side designated are for pickup. Poor customer service"
