"I’ve been shopping at Hollister for many many years and still do to this very day. I can not think of one bad experience that I’ve had. But last week was the greatest experience thus far! Zachary was absolutely amazing…he was the sweetest young man I’ve ever experienced working in retail. I came in to do a return/exchange which was sorta of complicated because of what I was looking for and what I wanted done. Zachary made the return/exchange process smooth and understanding. I think often times when you have a few returns and or exchange’s it can be overwhelming for both the customer and the employee. I’m mainly talking about myself and my anxiety on just about every freakin thing lol. With the help of Zachary, I did not experience any anxiety AT ALL…he was so kind and patient in every way. Also, my brief encounter with Katy(not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly) and Trinity was great! So it would be fair to say my shopping experience at Hollister for the billionth time lol…was a success as always. I love you guy’s..keep up the good work Zachary!"
