"Walked into our room on the second night and it smelled like sewage. the smell was coming from the shower drain. i called to see if they could do anything and they said they were fully booked and would call back after to talked to someone. never got a call back. the walls are also paper thin and you can hear everything the people next door are saying. also definitely didn’t clean well bc the remote, handles on doors and on lights all had stuff on them that i wiped of myself with sanitizing wipes and it came off black and brown. also toilet bowl was definitely not cleaned. Beds are sort of comfortable but not a great nights sleep either nights we’ve been here so far…we have 2 more nights to go."
"Very nice room, today and clean. Got small fridge, microwave, and a coffee machine so that was great. Gym and pool are are next to one another and are spacious. Front desk personnel very professional and helpful!"
"I pick my granddaughter up and take her back every school break and summer break for her dad and step mom in another state. I fly a lot. This place has always done whatever they could and it’s always been a good experience and clean. The food is great. Because of southwest recently canceling thousands of flights our second half got cancelled and I had to rebook us on one of the only ones back on a red eye on Delta. We got in to the hotel at noon and they quickly got my granddaughter and I into a room after a very long night. If for some reason I can’t book a room here I go to it’s sister hotel the Hampton Inn. But this is my preferred place. The shuttles run early which is nice with early flights and the shuttle drivers are great! Highly recommend."
