"We loved it here! The location is super convenient. Cable car stations are just around the corner and BART, Muni and rental car dealers are within a short walk. There's also a great Irish Pub in the same building as the hotel that has excellent food and friendly service as well as a Walgreens around the corner that has a wide selection of things to make your stay comfortable. The hotel staff was amazing. They were really helpful and friendly. The building is well kept and the rooms are nice - especially considering the age of the building. The attendant that takes care of the morning breakfast area did a great job of keeping things clean and stocked. In fact, he was always busy any time I went to the room and would ask me if I needed any help. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip!"

"This hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great. There were eggs, bacon and/or sausage everyday. Fruit, yogurt, and a variety of breads were also available. The hotel is right in the center of everything. It was only a couple blocks from the cable cars, buses, BART, and street cars. The price was very reasonable. The hotel is very well-secured. I would definitely stay here again."

"I booked the rooms for 7 people, and we drove from LA to here. We checked in at midnight and the staff gave us 2 rooms with only 1 bed king size and 1 sofa??? So I just turn back and ask to change the rooms and get 2 beds. But they didn’t allow us to do that. They SAID WE BOOKED 2 MASTER bedrooms! While when I make reservation on website, they just ask how many people and how many days etc. They didn’t ask about what’s kind of room that you want to take…. AT the end, we still not change the room, they have another option like book one more room and extra charge … HOWEVER at the same hotel but different location, We still get 2 beds for each room! I were really disappointed and angry! Because they just calumniate that I BOOKED 2 Master Bedrooms, and I have to accept it even it’s not my fault and the staff didn’t solve the problem for us. What were they thinking when I HAVE 7 PEOPLE and just GIVE me 2 beds? We had to sleep on the sofa with the unconvinced and also have to pay for a whole things"

"My Husband had a training class to attend at the beginning of the month our week was so pleasant and the staff was awesome from the front desk to house keeping. The rooms are nice but there was one thing we didn’t care for and that was it didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave. they had breakfast every morning ready at 6: am the gentleman that prepared everything was so nice and professional. When we do decide to go back to San Francisco I will be staying there again."
