"Solid 6/. The staff were extremely caring & nice, location /. The only reason it’s rated so low is because of its age. It is pretty old, remodeled, but still noticeably old. There was dust on the floor though so I wore shoes… the pool had goose poop in it but they were cleaning it. Rooms were small but it’s in the city so that was expected. Breakfast was disappointing for an IHG. If your looking for a cheap, clean, non-motel and non-smoking place in Memphis, I strongly recommend this place."

"I can't complain. They have complementary breakfast and it is delicious. The room was kinda small but clean. Staff is friendly and willing to assist in any way.. It's just around the corner from the MED which was convenient."

"The single worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I do not blame the staff, as they were friendly and welcoming, but something has to be done. My room had bed bugs, and I am more than happy to provide the pictures of the giant swollen bites I got as a result. I was comped for one night, but I believe I should’ve gotten a full refund. I will never be staying at a holiday inn again."

"You get what you pay for! The hotel is dated but kept up very well! The rooms clean and sheets felt wonderful! The lady that was taking care of breakfast was doing a superb job!"

"Room smelled like a hospital not a hotel. There morning breakfast bar is very nice. The male desk clerk I checked in with didn't inform me I couldn't use cash at check out. When I informed him I was paying with cash he said that would be fine. Only fir me too find out at check out that was wrong. Thank god someone was in line to check in and offered to pay for my room on his card and I gave him the cash. Because the card I had on file was empty it was just to whole the room. I knew I had the cash. I was in town because my grandfather had just passed away. I so blessed for good hearted people."
