Stopped in today. Grabbed cheddar jalapeno brats, jerky, etc. Very nice store, clean, modern, awesome to be there.

Outstanding! Our Thanksgiving 20 lb. bird was devoured in two days. Best turkey we've ever made. So tender and juicy. The lamb stew meat I ordered a couples of months ago was equally outstanding. So much better than regular grocery store meat/poultry selections. High quality and extremely fresh!

Order their fried chicken on Saturday, then pick it up before 4pm on Sunday for a great Sunday night dinner. Comes with homemade biscuits and pickles. Regular or Nashville Hot. Both are great.

We have been so satisfied with the quality of meats here it started with a chuck roast, then a 21 day prime aged T-bone, filet mignon, and finally twice within 2 weeks the Bone-in Prime Rib. By far the best my family has ever had at home and compares to the best we have had at fine restaurants. The marbling is there the flavor is beyond truly beefy. Truly worth every penny for a special occasion or a weekday date night with the wife. As a chef I am always looking to secure the best quality around but also they have obscure ingredients that I can not find elsewhere; chicken feet, all different varieties of homemade stocks, and much more! So glad they opened up!

I just visited Hofherr Meat Co. for the first time and I am thrilled to have found my new North Shore butcher! Beyond a fine meat and sausage selection they have the best fried chicken you will find.... on Sundays. Their signature fried chicken ‘n biscuits is unreal. Accompanied with pimento cheese drop biscuits and delicious homemade pickles, this makes for a great Sunday dinner. I’ll be back... a lot!
