"Everything about this hotel was amazing...the staff, the cleanliness, location and the view. Stayed on the th floor and the view was beautiful. Enjoyed the gym and the Starbucks on location. Staff was very accommodating and polite. We will stay here again!! Thanks for the amazing weekend...Great job to all at Hilton, y'all do an outstanding job!"
"Was here on Valentine's day. The issue I had was that it took forever for the shower water to get hot. Also their seems to be a leakage caused water from the window was coming inside the room. Other than that no issues.. Well!! Let me change that as much as these rooms are breakfast should be included. Especially!! Being that I'm a silver member of the Hilton Brand."
"This facility is in desperate need of a full remodel. The parking lot is dark in a secluded area where people are loitering due to the seclusion. The parking lot is spread around the building making it difficult for a security vehicle to even have an impact. The lobby is decent and the staff was nice. The location has a mini-starbucks in the lobby and does have a bar. The room levels of the building smell like mildew. The rooms feel like . The shower was so small that I could stick my elbows out and they touch both the shower door and the wall. Very narrow. The toilet is almost touching the shower door and equally in a very narrow placement. The shower water pressure was really good; easily the bright spot of the entire hotel experience. The carpet floor is frayed and needs to be replaced. The Marriott hotel across the intersection while equally as old (both may be year old structures) is much nicer and cleaner."
"I would like to start off saying when I entered the hotel when I checked in the person at the front desk name Terry was really rude . After we checked in me and my friend went and sat our bags down and ran to there nearest target when we came bag my duffel bag was gone all my belongings. I ran back downstairs and went to the front desk Terry and Lawrence at the front desk said “I left my duffel bag with my shoe box and everything on the elevator a white man brought it down “ so I ask him how was that and my blanket was wrapped in my duffel bag and my blanket was left laying on the floor in our room not connected to my duffel bag anymore . I ran down stairs quickly for Terry to one have an attitude about my stuff being stolen I called the police to run the cameras back the told me they only have camera on there lobby floor and not on the floors with the rooms on there which is unsafe anything worse could have happened . I contacted cooperate and every one I could think about because everything was stolen out my bag shoes(2), perfume. I’m very upset I will never stay at this Hilton every again when it comes to your stuff it’s not safe and I was scared to even stay there I checked out because I didn’t feel safe not only my things were missing but you never know what else could have happened since they don’t have cameras on there room floors !"
"During my stay, I went to workout at the fitness center, which looked pretty nice. However, after doing cardio, I went to refill my water bottle and noticed that the water tank at the refill station was empty. Disappointed, I called the front desk and informed them it was empty, and asked if they could get someone to refill it (since there was no water fountain available). With an attitude, the front desk attendant asked what I meant, so I reiterated that there was no water to refill my bottle. She told me that there’s provisions downstairs available to purchase. I said this is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at that didn’t have water available in a gym (I travel for work), and she said it was due to COVID. This seems like a lazy excuse, especially considering that half the staff was improperly wearing a mask. This is a large hotel that holds many people. Not having a water fountain available (at minimum), especially in a gym where people can easily get dehydrated seems very cheap, and irresponsible. Plenty of better options next time I have to travel through Memphis."
