"Great location! Clean rooms, there's a bar, a pool, a laundry room and a $ breakfast if you're interested. They keep $ on hold for any damages. They also charge $ for valet parking (the hotels only option), $ for the open parking lot beside the hotel, $ at the Peabody parking garage ... OR you can walk /2 blocks and park for free on a side street (which is what we did). With this hotels location you are 3 blocks from Beale Street if you're interested."

"My wife and I enjoyed staying here. Everyone (valet parking, front desk, breakfast attendants) was friendly and welcoming. Our suite is thoughtfully arranged and very comfortable. The location of the hotel on Union Avenue is ideal for walking to numerous nearby restaurants and attractions. We would most definitely stay here again."

"Manager made sure to make our stay extra special as diamond members. It was much appreciated to have room for our little one to run around, especially after we told them we are moving permanently into a -SF camper the following day! This was a wonderful break on our long drive. We re-energized, connected as a family, enjoyed Beale and the ducks, and some great food! Highly recommend. Beautiful and clean accommodations. Amazingly friendly staff. Thank you! (Also, pool was wonderful and heated for kids!)"

"Jordan at the restaurant and Antonio at the front desk really made our visit. So happy, optimistic and able to provide practical help. Very personable. If you have a chance definitely have a meal, snack or drink at the restaurant. Seth in the kitchen looked in on us too. Thank you all so much - Jen and Mike Peterson"

"Nice design, clean room however that charming sliding bathroom door don't contain body odors. Hilton charges 6 dollars a night for wifi that allows you to stream video. Petty. Marriott don't charge me for decent internet. Service non-existent they clean rooms once, the desk is impersonal. The breakfast lady was real nice though."
