"I have been coming to this location for years. My th birthday & th birthday we’re spent here in February. The facelift with the new monitors really helped out in my opinion. Chuck is a great guy and I have always been welcomed warmly. I’m happy to say it’s my go-to bowling alley. Today especially even while busy and the pro shop closed, opted to go above and beyond with letting me go in the pro shop to see if my Bowling ball was already. On top of that, he even gave me an additional free game! Very happy with the service and will always be coming back"

"While the place has gotten a face lift, the staff is atrocious! They have a "my way or the highway" mentality and will turn off your lanes without notice if you upset them. No refunds. They don't listen to concerns and instead threaten and berate you...in front of your children. Absolutely horrendous staff. Will be taking our business elsewhere. Food isn't great or worth it either."

"My brother an nieces were in town. Took all the kids here bowling. My wife an kid were a few minutes behind an the front desk wouldn’t let us get our bowling lane until she got there. He was incredibly rude an ungrateful for our business an talk to us in a poor manner. He only had two lanes open an we needed both. Luckily she arrived before someone else walked in or we would’ve been out of luck. As long as we are paying for the people an the lane I’m not sure why we couldn’t go ahead an get things started so we could be ready to bowl. Will not come back here."
