"Last night there was a gang attack! Some Mexican b***** was yelling at someone and there were multiple cars outside. Some poor a-hole got there a$$ handed to them and eventually the cops showed up. FORGET THIS! I have had enough! I am out of here as soon as possible. And they had the audacity to ask me to sign a lease for another moths the other day? Heck no! DO NOT RENT HERE. THE HERITAGE ESTATES IS NOT LIVEABLE!"

"The worst place in the ENTIRE Las Vegas Valley!!! Do NOT bring your kids here to raise them. They have mold under the sinks as well as in the unit and when you file a fix on it. They DON'T fix it!! Extreme health hazard specially for children! We have lived a total of a year of our life at this apartment place that's wasted on fools who claim they know what they are doing but they DON'T!! We have been having leaks apparently from our sink to our downstairs neighbor and they claimed they fixed it. 5 TIMES have they been back because they don't know what the hell they're doing! Their way of fixing it is turning off our hot water to both our sink and tub! We have also had cockroaches numerous times! The building was not cleaned when we went into it and they claimed it was ready to rent. IT WASN'T! We still have outlets that don't work, light bulbs out on the front porch as well as around our apartment! They switched our apartment we had ALREADY booked a month and a half in advanced and paid for right when i arrived to get the key after driving 2, miles away on the other side of the country. We had requested a washer and dryer and they stuck us one that doesn't have one after we had already booked the last one available well in advanced! DO NOT rent at this place unless you wanna experience depression, sickness from mold, and nothing being done right the first time! Plus on top of all this the "security guards" drink and party with everyone WHILE ON DUTY! This apartment makes you feel depressed, sleepy, and unhappy while in the home, while your away you feel much different and normal. They do not take care of their people as well as the apartment. The staff has changed every month with "new" management that doesn't honor what the previous had promised from inconveniences. I never write reviews but this place is by far the worst place in all of Vegas. Congratulations on being my first review Heritage Estates. You take the cake on worst apartments to own!"
