I sent my prop to Hering on 5/2/2018 to be reconditioned. I hadn't received a call from Hering with an estimate on how much the service was going to be. I spoke to Jim Hering on 5/14/2018 and explained I shipped my prop and it was received by Hering Propellers per UPS on 5/7/2018. Jim said he couldn't find it but would take a look around and call me back. Its now 5/18/2018 and I haven't heard back from Jim. I've sent several emails to him with no response and no one answers the phone or returns calls. I will never buy another Hering Propeller!! They have the worst customer service and at this point I'm not even sure I'm going to be able to get my prop back. The cost of a Hering Propeller and not knowing where mine is with no response from Hering is causing anxiety! If you're considering doing business with Hering I'd recommend staying away and buying a Mercury Lab Finish propeller instead.

I've ordered my propellers on Dec, 2017, paid 50% in advance, and haven't receive at least an estimated shipping date till May, 2018 ... very difficult to get and answer .... even from the owner.
