"Usually the clinic is very busy and you are just praying they are doing everything they should. We waited the last time minutes for an appointment set in advance, and during the meeting someone just checked the cats ears said they fine... our concerns about our cat's behavior were dismissed saying "cats do that" hard to believe you need to pay $ for this."
