Try not to come early in the morning, e.g. 8:30 am appointment. They showed up late (8 20 am) to prepare for the day. It took them more than 25 mins to prepare prior to accepting patients.

Took my first ever hearing test here. The visit went smoothly. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Jones was professional, gave clear instructions, and explained things really well.

I got my hearing aids about 6 months ago from Dr. Ito. She was the third doctor I consulted about getting hearing aids and she offered the best solution. I have been delighted with the service, the quality of the product she recommended and the follow-up care when I needed it. I will never go anywhere else to get hearing aids.
