"Turned away by staff, was told that they are not accepting walk ins because they are to busy, there was no one there. I then called their office right outside their doors, I saw and heard one of their phones ring, right in front of staff mind you, and they did not pick it up or acknowledge it. The staff is lazy and management is incompetent. I wish we had better people to represent our state and country."

NOW YOU HAVE TO SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR OVER 2 MONTHS AWAY AND THEY CHARGE YOU FOR NOT GETTING YOUR VEHICLE TITLED WITHIN A MONTH!!!! How can you get something legal when you scamming everyone that walks in a blame it on someone else and you can’t do a thing about it, oh and by the way have fun on hold or waiting for that call back you requested because I’ve called and left over 4 voicemails and not a single persons will ever call you back.
