"You have windows 4 open 2 actually working typical city of Houston place come here in the morning to leave at 4, pm lol what a place got to love the city employees they take their work lol paid by the hour do nothing on the hour"
"This is the worst place ever. The Hispanic deputy behind the front counter was rude and did not want to supply people with a face mask. His laziness was apparent because he did not get up once to help anyone. I did not get his name, but he was working on 5.4. at 5: p.m. I asked another worker to please get us a face mask, she did in less than 2 minutes. She stated that there are usually face masks for the public at the front counter. Again, the Hispanic deputy behind the front counter is a lazy piece of you know what! People are already stressed to be there, it wouldn't hurt him to be nice."
"This place is a pile of garbage staff. I went on th April between 3 to 4pm but Front desk guy Michael, and lady D.Butler were trying to mislead me with wrong information and were bullying around me.. Big Shame on Ed Gonzalez's poor leadership for not stopping this lethargic behavior of his Department, they should get proper training on how to behave with public."
"They didn't handcuff me too tightly and the officer(s) that arrested me were great conversationalists. They even turned the heater up for me when it was cold in the back. The officer put a good word in for me at the jail and i got 2 blankets instead of only 1. Would % reccomend getting arrested in Harris county and I definitely plan to use their services in the future."
"Pretty much the worst place in every way possible. The whole process takes about hours. So if you get arrested dont believe anyone that tells you it only takes a few hours."
