"During proper business hours, and with Carry policy"
"Spoke with Diane Messimer from district clerk office and she was extremely rude. I found it extremely rude for her to interrupt me every time I tried to finish my sentences. She was unfriendly, and discourteous. Very poor customer service."

"For security purposes, the building is closed at night. There is no public access to restrooms, Bail Bonds operation is closed. Telephone located in the lobby are inoperable. Other than for individuals that have daytime business at the office, there is no nighttime business at that location. The building's regular business operations have transferred to the new Harris County Joint Inmate Processing center or the new jail."
