I thought I needed to go all the way to downtown Houston, discovered this location were right around the Block from where I lives, so grateful.

Turned away elderly handicapped father trying to transfer a title. Said needed an appointment, none available all month and cannot schedule for next month. Terrible people...get over covid and move on can't believe our tax dollars pay for this

It’s not the brightest, most pleasant place in the world, but I needed a DBA for my small business and I was in and out in 10-12 minutes, under 20 bucks. I’m satisfied.

The staff at the County Clerk Clay Rd Annex was amazing and fast. I needed to file a DBA and they went above and beyond answering all of my questions and helping me any way they could.
