"I had a consultation with Nikki. Drove all the way there, paid the deposit and set a session date. Inquired about a sleeve that was gonna take sessions. I was so excited to get some new Ink and to see what she comes up with just for her to cancel on me 3 days before my actual app. Very unappreciative of my time and commute. Wish she would have never took me on as a client. I will never be back or recommend this place.potentially an good shop!! Just don’t book with Nikki!"

His artists name is James, really nice guy, and did a really great job my son was elated. "The man who does the piercings, Rick, is EXTREMELY unprofessional!! I booked my appointment and paid (well in advance). An hour before my 1 o’clock appointment, he asked me to come at 2 because he was running late. Okay fine. Minor inconvenience. Then I see him post on IG a picture of him out to breakfast. Kind of rude to schedule people and then make other plans , but again, okay. So I show up ON-TIME at the time he REQUESTED I show up, and I text him. No response. I call him, no answer. minutes later he texts me saying he will be another minutes after ALREADY delaying my appointment for an hour. I kindly requested my money back. He obliged and said that he would do my piercing free of charge for the inconvenience, and to just text him to schedule for the upcoming week. Needless to say, he has been giving me the run around and ignoring my texts. (He has read receipts on) will never give this place my business. Absolutely ridiculous."

"Hands down the best place to get Ink. Jose Garcia is one of the most humble and nicest people I have ever met in my life. This place has talented artists that are ready for walk ins as well as artists that you can book an appointment with if you are looking for a bigger piece like a sleeve or something on a larger scale. I have been to other places and no where else is as down to earth and as laid back and chill as Hard Ink, but still get the job done with precision and professionalism. I’ll be honest, the other places I have been to were well known and had decent artists, but I have had all of their work covered up by Jose Garcia and he amazed me on every tattoo so far and we have plenty of more time and skin to do some more works of art!! Thanks for being humble and thanks for being reasonable when it comes down to cash. You and your crew are truly good people."
