"i stop by on // , i was walking around the store looking for the item i need and among all the the employees working at the time no body offer to help...finally when i found that item and walked to check out there was two register open at that time 4: PM i stood by waiting on the left side register and there was a lady on the right hand side register it was not on line it was two line but when the cashier on the left register finished with the customer he was helping he call for the lady on other side without even saying any thing to me !!! i just want from the management to review the video and see if he did the right thing and let him know that profiling and judging peoples long time gone!!! he needs to help his customers and if there is one line just let the customers know though i'm sure there was two line each on the side of the two register !!!"
"Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Large selection of products at reasonable prices. The biggest issue I have with harbor freight as a whole is it seems their products for the most part is definitely on the lower end of the spectrum and usually only last for maybe a couple of uses for the most part. It is a great place to buy tools though if it's something you don't use everyday. Overall satisfied with all harbor freight tool stores"
