"Be prepared to have your appointment canceled - zero stars I've made about half a dozen appointments over the past few months when I am in town and each and every single one of them has been canceled by the location. Most recently, I was told yesterday (Wednesday), that my Thursday scheduled appointment would need to be rescheduled; so we did. However, she never actually rescheduled it. When I took a look at my profile, the appointment she said she made for the following Tuesday was not actually made. Thankfully, I'm on top of it and was able to see that through my profile. I have fibromyalgia so it is extremely important I say on top of my massages. This is literally the most unreliable handandstone I have ever dealt with. I have been a member for close to six years and travel all over the country for work and have never come across a location like this before..... I wish more locations were better organized like my home location in Tampa, Florida."

"These people will scam you out of your money! I had to cancelled my membership after being with them for at least 3 years. I had at least 3 massage's left on my current Paid membership. Went today to use one of them and they ended up charging me because I cancelled my membership. I told the girl at the front desk That I still had 3 left on my current membership because she stated that I cancelled. She said I only had days to use the 3 I had left and I didn't use them within that time. I didn't use them during that time because it's so hard to get an appointment with my therapist. Just a scam to get more money out of you. Not to mention the turnover. Always new people because they constantly quit, must be because of poor management. If your thinking about joining DONT! You will regret it."

"I went in because I could barely move my arm and neck. After an hr most of my pain was decreased and I was able to function a lot better. I also signed up for the membership and look forward to being pampered at least once a month."

"The massage felt great but I wasn’t given the full hour I paid for. When I let the receptionist know she said that was unfortunate and I still had to pay full price. I’ve gone to several different massage places and when I haven’t gotten the full hour they’re usually the ones to let me know and give the difference in credit. I won’t be returning. I should note it was only minutes."
