"Had an appointment scheduled for am and they called me at 9am to cancel my appointment because my therapist didn’t show up for work. Had no other appointments for me and suggested I call another location. Funny that if I cancel hours prior to my appointment, I get charged % but if they cancel 2 hours before mine I get nothing. And now I have to find an appointment elsewhere. First time trying this company and will be the last."

"Terrible experience. I would give this zero stars if I could. I would have rather cleaned a bathroom than gone through this experience. The masseuse was beyond unprofessional. He talked the ENTIRE time and couldn't take a hint. He told me he doesn't typically do a swedish massage, which is what I indicated on my preference sheet. He proceeded to do his own thing which was beyond painful. As many times as I indicated that it was too much or not what I was looking for, nothing seemed to register. The icing on the cake was when he burped, mouth open type of burp, twice during the massage. While I appreciate him excusing himself, it was disgusting and unpleasant when you are trying to relax. After leaving a review directly with the location, the person replied by asked me what I'm looking for so that the next time I come in I can have a better experience. Excuse me? Come back next time? Absolutely not. What I wanted was listed in my preference sheet that no one bothered to look at but had me waste my time filling out."
