"Worst customer service, I’m so disappointed. I was told I had two massage packages available to use so I booked two appointments. Upon arrival, I was told I only had one package and would have to pay for the second one. After asking to speak to the manager, I was advised the person I was speaking to was the manager. The facility acknowledged that they had made a mistake when booking the massages but would not honor the two massage packages promised. I felt like the manager was not empathetic of the situation at all and frankly did not care. I will not be returning and I would not recommend Hand & Stone to anyone after this incident of poor customer service."

"These people do they’re job to the basic standard but the company are a bunch of thieves. I have called to cancel my membership multiple times over the last few months and they actually make me believe it has been canceled. Then I get notifications from my bank that they’ve charged another unused session on my card because my membership is still open. Absolutely terrible communication on their part."
