"Louis Vuitton duffle bag with tag still on it and receipt. Wouldn’t allow exchange or return. When I explain a teenager bought it and critically needed the money, I was turned away. She admitted that she could return it, but wouldn’t. I think Sharon makes up rules as she goes. Selection is very slim and outdated. Don’t waist your time."
