"I just moved to college station about a year ago and still took the drive to go to my old town for a hair cut (2hrs away) until I decided to try whitney's. I live super close so that was a plus but Hallie was amazing this time. I am always hesitant about who cuts my bangs as it seems so easy to mess up. I was in love with them after this visit, she has also done my hair color as well which turned out just as great. / would recommend this stylist. Obviously I gave it 5 stars!"

"I went in today to get a haircut. Nobody was at the front desk so I signed in and took a seat. It wasn’t busy at all. I waited about minutes before I decided to VERY POLITELY go and ask one of the stylists if I could speak to someone at the front desk. I wanted to go over pricing and quite frankly, I’ve never been to a hair salon where there’s nobody at the front desk. She very rudely and disrespectfully told me that there’s signs everywhere that say to sign in and take a seat. K. I then hear her talking to her client about how “some people are just like that and can’t read”. She continued to laugh loudly about how some people just aren’t functional. Well this just ruined my whole day. I was nothing but kind and understanding. I got up and left. Very upset because I’ve been here once before and my service was excellent. I understand people sometimes have bad days, but being demeaning after a genuine and nice question was asked is not okay."
