After not keeping nor calling when I scheduled three (3) appointments with Max, who came highly recommended, I wouldn't recommend him per Gundelach Equipment Demasi, due to his unprofessionalism, blatant inconsideration, rudeness, and disrespect. Of course, there were explanations and the reassurance of being there "tomorrow". All I wanted was an estimate. He told me upon my first call that he's "close by in New Rochelle". Sure would love to know what he meant by "THAT area". I live in the Heights section of Mt. Vernon."
"When I was a kid (early s), I had a mini-bike. /2hp B&S with a Mikuni carb, she was fast and the rear drums didn't work. Anyway... I walked my bike to your shop many times and the fellas in the back always helped me out. I had a paper route, maybe cover the cost of a throttle cable. As long as I had a penny, I could get some more life out of the clutch... You guys were always good with the kids who were tearing up their bikes. Fond memories, Thank you."
