"Took my inspiring 8yr old musician for his first time there,,, for it being a Sunday they allowed him to really enjoy him self with testing any instrument he could respectfully use and try out. LiL Rey wants to be a musician and this place gave him endless imaginations of ideas and list of instruments he will need ,, of course Dad had fun as well playing drums and bass and trying to figure out the keyboard area.. thank you to the staff for giving us our space and happy smiles,, you guys really rock, being form out of town we will be back to spend money,,the whole area is a good location. stars 5 for my experience and 5 from King Daniel."

He was very patient in understanding what we needed and he guided us through the buying the process. He also suggested the right drumsticks for the drum kit. 5 stars to Marc and to Guitar Center. "Ivy replaced a broken guitar string for me, free of charge. She also gave me some advice on how to properly tune the strings. She did it out of the love for music. Definitely I will go to guitar center for my future music needs."
"So i bought a guitar back in January for my his birthday. It some kind of layaway policy on it, that at time of purchase, i couldn't take it. I had to wait until February th or so to pick it up. I was told my an employee & management that all i had to do was bring in the receipt an i could receive it. So i waited. But upon picking it up around the date mentioned, that was not the case. It was a lot of chaos just to pick it up. I was so frustrated & left angry. My experience with the staff was very unpleasant & unprofessional. I think management & employees need to be retrained on customer service & register practices."
