"Very bad experience. Placed an order on Dec th after detailed discussion on my trade-in. I do understand that it is a quote, but salesperson mentioned a percentage of the online price as the trade-in. Order came in after 3 months and I was patient. Went to complete the trade-in the trade price quoted was $ lesser and the salesperson was rude. I can handle quote price changjng but never rudeness. Never going back again! Amazon is much better and great customer service. Selling is much better on Facebook marketplace on your terms. Never trade-in here and expect customer service. Update as of 4/: Below response from owner did not lead to any detailed discussions/resolutions on this review so leaving it at a one star Sent details on March 6th, as requested in the review response. Followed up till March th, and left it at that."
"The Canton store is about minutes away, but seems to be a bigger store and therefore had some things in stock I couldn't find at the location minutes from home. Cashier Gabe was really busy, but I overheard how friendly and helpful he was to others while I waited my turn. He apologized for my wait, went above and beyond searching in the back for an item I needed that unfortunately was out of stock, but then he upgraded and price-matched so I could get all the gear I needed that day to finish my home studio. He deserves a raise!"
"The very worse experience ever!. Checking out gear and the man at register was pure rude because I guess moving gear next to register doesn't help while ringing up folks. Not one salesman asks to help but because he had his buddy making a deal he had to be an rude fool. I had over $, on me. I was looking to purchase gear for a local school. Instead of helping he fail customer service . Avoid with the passion. Shop at Rock City. A true professional music store!"
"The Guitar Center is the only place I shop for my gear. As a multi instrumentalist, producer song writer/Artist I spend quite a bit of money here. Helpful and knowledgeable and when it comes to the younger generation getting into music they need a place to go to feel the energy! To see first hand! To touch, feel and hear the instruments! No online music store can give that. I drive an hour and a half to get there and if I am on the road that's where I stop to feel like a kid again! Thank You Guitar Center! Holland Finch"
"Every time I go at this store( and it’s been 4 years now) .It feels like your own studio.Best of all in everything.I want to say to managers and the employees of this store.You guys are awesome.No one can compare with you.During these years I have come hundred of times and not always I have bought something but I have tried the instruments, specially drumming section I have asked information and everyone who has been there has been extremely patient and explain everything I have asked. I have seen that during these years nothing has changed on the way you work and your mindset how to behave with your customers. Everyone who’s into music must make this store their own store."
