Staff is always professional, friendly, and efficient. My company has been a customer for decades. However, at will call today, I was a bit surprised at the lack of protocols for CoVid protection. No one was wearing masks. Safe distancing was not observed. A member of the staff made it clear to me, he personally thinks CoVid death statistics are acceptable. He is entitled to his opinions, however, at a public work space, his behavior should reflect Grimco's ideals. I'll assume they are in conflict with this individual's behavior. I can't continue to do business with a company that does not enforce a policy of safety, precaution, and common sense. I hope leadership/management takes this more seriously.

It's a given that people with a bad experience will tell everyone, people with a good experience don't. The complaint had to do with ramping up for Covid and nothing else. Then the Grimco rep, in posting a reply to the 1 star complaint, also gave themself 1 star. Now they have a very bad Google Rep, of the obviously unwarranted kind. FYI, companies that do bad get tons and tons of bad reviews, not just one. Just sayin.'
