"I just finished watching a heartfelt video that is being noticed everywhere for awareness. DONT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! EVER! JUSTICE FOR STITCH! They gave her Frenchie a surgery and told her all went “great” and ended up giving a major complication to the dog that took the dogs life days after the surgery. Which would have been prevented by 1. Simply doing your job correct or 2. Notifying the dog mom and telling her their was a complication and get it figured out stat. Animals can’t talk nor tell us what’s wrong so we put so much trust in our vets and the people we choose to watch over and take care of them. Then to top it off the doctor prescribed an rx that was non existent and proceeded to only contact the poor girl only via email! Like what ?! There’s doctors who love their patients and go the extra mile and then there’s some who do if it for a check. This one does it for a check and it’s pathetic and heartbreaking and sad that now a poor Frenchie has lost their life due to lack of professionalism and empathy of “doctors”"

"Please please save yourself and your pet and do not go here! I started going because it is a block from my apartment but the convenience is not worth the total incompetence. These terrible vets left stitches in my dog that got infected, they gave my dog the wrong medicine and the final straw was them failing to give her a vaccine even though I asked for it. Each and every time they blame their mistakes on the clients. I don’t know a single person in the neighborhood that has had a terrible experience with their dog and this clinic."

"Dr. Sane and everyone at the Hospital took great care of my very nervous and sensitive dog Guinness for years. We recently had to decide to put him down due to lymphoma which is terminal. Dr. Miller and Steve were with us and had so much compassion that sad day and every day. My husband and I have been so grateful to the staff. Guinness was very comfortable with everyone. I cannot thank them enough."
