our Salesman Kurt really knew his product line. Unlike many of the sales people in his competitors stores. My wife and I asked many detailed questions. Kurt answered them all to our satisfaction. He pointed out all the different functions of the dishwasher that we decided to buy. we liked Grand Appliance because they had all the models on the floor instead of above your head like many of their competitors do to save space. We definitely will be back to Grand Appliance for our next appliance or gas grill purchase

We were very impressed with Grand Appliance and TV! We were looking for a washer / dryer plus a fridge for our new home. There was a wide variety of floor models out for us to look at with many different brand names. We were also very impressed with our sales associate, Mike Wilson. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the appliances and seemed to enjoy speaking with us. It was a very low-stress situation! Mike also let us know about several rebates available to us. All in all, it was a great experience and we found the perfect washer, dryer, and refrigerator for our new home!
