Went into the lions den today and had a great experience. It was my first time in an adult store so I was kinda nervous and embarrassed as well as overwhelmed but the workers were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products which helped a bit with me being nervous. I would recommend this store for any of your adult shopping.

I called the Denver Grainger location looking for a replacement part for a LP fireplace. After waiting on hold due to "longer than expected call volumes" the sales rep asked for my name and account. I gave him my name, and told him I didn't have an account, then explained what I was looking for, and he hung up on me. Apparently, their reps don't like dealing with one-off sales.
