Purchased some WD-40 lubricants. Great selection of tools and quick service. The added benefit of working with Grainger is that if you establish a Vendor account, your history gets reported to D&B and Equifax that can help build Business Credit.

So this store has amazing customer service!!! The manager Nick is a superhero in my book. We had a package missed delivered to this building and it was a Christmas gift this year. He took the time out of his day to ask all the employees where the package was and ended up finding it and the giant warehouse back end of Granger. It was a miracle and I am so shocked he found it but this place has above and beyond customer service. I will definitely start coming back to Granger more than Lowe's and home Depot.

I stopped in looking for a Ballast for an air compressor. The front of the building is very long however when you walk inside the show room is quite small. It’s very deceiving “the show room” as I watched the guy that was helping me jump on a picker and disappear into oblivion. 10 minutes later he returned with the part in hand. I can only guess how massive their where house must be, I mean who carries Ballast anyway let alone 50+ versions? Bottom line Grainger’s carries a massive amount of hard to get. Specialty items at a great cost. The employees are also super friendly and helpfu
