"Recently I contacted Lee of Grade A AIr my Ac wasn't working. He showed up in a timely fashion. He didn't let me know he was on site and didn't ask my permission to fix the problem. I contacted him as he was leaving. He said he split my fan and fixed it so it would work temporarily. He said I needed a fan blade and would be back tomorrow. I called and I texted him all day long. He refused to answer my calls or texts. He left me hanging. Very unprofessional. It's been two weeks and he still has not responded back. I would not use him again or refer him to anyone."
