Drove minutes to get part, only to wait for minutes to be helped (despite not being busy) & then being told I needed an account. Also, not a single person inside building wearing a mask (as per state mandate & having postings to wear mask & to keep distance), during a global pandemic."

"I recently placed on order with Goodin in St Cloud and when the plumbers came to do the install they discovered that Goodin had ordered the wrong size doors for the shower. So then I had to wait over a month for the correct shower doors to come because Goodin didn’t want to ship order. Then they charged me for the new glass doors. Even though it was their mistake. There was never a call to apologize. Never a call to give me an update on when they expected the doors to came and then the extra chariot me for their mistake. I had a very bad experience with this company and discourage anyone from doing business with them. They took no ownership of the issue and I feel very disappointed in the fact that they charged me extra"
