Was really surprised by the very nice welcome in the morning, already had my name at the service reception, and was taken to the workshop immediately. "Thank you for update. Can I just add a feedback to your coordinator or service manager?? I called service for reporting broken front windscreen wipe. It was Roughly 2 weeks earlier than the 5th August when i took my car to your service.It's likely that if it's not moving there is a motor issue. I believe it's not much investment from a branded dealer to keep one motor or order in advance then would be able to fix the reported problem when I leave my car for longer. Now I need to find a morning when I can take my car after you text me or call me. I'm not sure if my message landed and makes any sense to your management. Anyway I tried to give a feedback from a customer's view.
