Never have I been uncomfortably starred at or even profiled by the characters here. Avoid making eye contact or engaging the truck drivers especially the guy with the the yellow jeep . Good luck"

"I’ve been ordering from this company for almost 6 months and let me just fill you guys in on how unprofessional the staff are. So i want to start by saying, every single time I order there is a problem with my order. During Covid they only allowed to purchase online and shipping no in store pick up. The first time I ordered I received a bunch of defective caps to the bottle that I never got to you and never was reimbursed for. After , I placed another order and never received that order and took a huge L on $. I tried to order one more time with them but this time an associate delivered it to my house personally and when I received that order they gave me caps I did not order and left out part of my order. The only reason I continue to order from this company is because they are the most local and the most convenient for my small business. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I’ve called to speak to the manager multiple times and they just tell me that they will give me a call and do you think the call ever gets made ? No. Do better seriously, there TOO many people that work in that office for the customer service to be this bad. I’m very upset because now I have to find a new vendor. Save yourself the trouble and find another vendor for plastic containers because this is definitely not the one."

"Very unprofessional place, I wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business with this company. The managers are even rude. Very nasty attitudes and Alex is one of the worst employees. They’ve lost my package multiples times and other times I’ve received defective items. Save yourself the trouble and shop someone where else."

"I wish the will-call would open up! I live in Los Angeles and can't justify paying shipping costs that are just as high as the product. Very dissapointing especially when everyone else is opening up. I think it is about time they do."
