"This is the second time that I used service from them. On first occasion, service was fine though I felt on pricier side. This time, I wanted to get couple of faucets replaced as the old ones were leaking or broken. I was short on time and did not go out to find someone new and thought I will go with them again even though they are pricier, hoping I'll get above average service. However, I felt disappointed with the outside hose bib replacement, as the new install was loose from the wall and after having discussion with the technician at site, he was not ready to get it done properly. I told him that it was not loose before though leaking, but he was not ready to believe it and said that old one was also loose. The screws that he had to go with the new hose bib, were probably not suitable for concrete blocks, so the screws were not holding the bib against the wall. He offered to go to a store and find more appropriate screws, however would charge me extra for time. I find it very unprofessional, given their quote was already $+ to replace two faucets! I politely declined additional work, and I will find some good handy to take care of it. Needless to say, I'll find someone new for my future plumbing needs."

"I called Gene Johnson plumbing and they sent Chad out that same day. Chad was very professional and courteous. He quickly identified the problems and called me to explain the situation. We made an appointment for the repairs. I had some problems with the payment and the people in the office were very helpful and patient while I figured it out. Chad came and did the repairs a few days later. He did all the work quickly and called me when he was done. He explained everything he did and then sent me pictures of all the work. "Over the course of 3 weeks we had vetted a handful of plumbers for a rather complicated job on our home. Our plumbing issue was a pressure point for my husband and I, as the project seemed impossible and overwhelming for us - including the plumbers who previously inspected and quoted the scope of work.
