"We highly recommend GBC Remodeling! THEY WERE AWESOME! We hired GBC Remodeling to redo our roof. We had a broken skylight and when we got an estimator out to replace the skylight he advised us we had roof problems. Worst time of year going into the winter to have to replace our roof, but GBC came out right away and gave us an estimate and worked with us on scheduling to avoid the rains. Aaron came out personally and went over the project with us in detail. As soon as the weather was clear, they were able to schedule us and their crew arrived first thing in the morning on the day scheduled, worked all day, cleaned up everything before they left every day, and were there every day until the job was finished. Our Project Manager was Daniel and he answered all our many questions, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and always got back to us right away with any questions we had. He went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was taken care of to our satisfaction. GBC did a lift and reset of our roof. They replaced the underlayment and reset our existing tiles. They replaced fascia and wood as needed and replaced all the vents. They also replaced the broken skylight. Daniel ordered the exact skylight that we wanted and the flashing kit to go with it at our request. The roofing crew was hard working and did a great job! We can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with GBC Remodeling, Aaron and Daniel, and all the crew and staff that we dealt with during our roof replacement. We are confident that our roof was done with expertise and quality materials. We can’t thank GBC Remodeling enough for making this a great experience. And we will definitely be having GBC Remodeling do additional work for us in the future. Thank you GBC!"

"GBC did an amazing and incredible remodeling for my parents home. A lot of my friends and relatives complement my parents before and after photos of their home. They love what GBC did to their house. My parents home looks very beautiful, stunning and we love the colors. I recommend GBC to people whom are looking to fix their homes. GBC besides giving you senior discounts, they call you to let you know when their coming to do work. They are always prompt, very professional and have excellent communication. GBC staff have a lot of knowledge in their jobs. All their staff are friendly and do the job right. Both my mom and myself are paying monthly payments. Their interest rates aren’t that high but they work with you. After we’re done paying what we did to the house. I definitely planning to contact them again to remodeled my parents kitchen. When you fixed your home with them. And something breaks or is not done correctly. GBC sends their staff to fixed it for you for free. They don’t charge you like other places do when you asked them. My parents did give permission to GBC to place my parents house in their website once we are finished fixing it. We are waiting for the other porch we ordered for the driveway. I really do recommend them to people. I search for companies on Google and that’s how I found GBC. I read their reviews and spoke with Lawrence. Lawrence came to my parents home and was honest with us. That’s what matter to my parents and myself that their honest and trustworthy. Steve came to my parents home to do the measurements. Both Lawrence and Steve gave us advice on my parents home. We’re very happy with what they suggested to us. We let them remodeled our home. I can tell they both have many years experience in remodeling homes. Thank you GBC for remodeling my parents house leaving it like a brand new home!! Their house is no longer hot inside thanks to the brand new windows you placed too. Now my parents will be protected from the heat in the summer. Thank you a million times!!!"

"Fantastic roofer. My family and I discovered that our home had internal water damage from a leak. We needed the roof replaced as quickly as possible to prevent further damage. GBC Remodeling was able to get an inspector right away to stop the leak. The job ended up being more complex than we initially thought, but GBC walked me through what they saw and were able to handle the extra work, no problem. These guys went above and beyond my expectations. I'm very pleased with the results! I would highly recommend this company."
