I brought my car in for a 45k mile service. The pro was that my car was serviced fast. The con was the total costs. I was charged for a lot of parts (totaling $104.56) including an oil upgrade that I didn't request. Next time I will make sure I understand the makeup of the total costs . My Toyota dealership has two levels of service for my Toyota. One for minor service intervals ($88.95)and another for major service intervals ($159.95). I expected costs more in-line with that. My total bill was $277.11 so you don't come close.

My husband and I would like to express our appreciation of the best purchasing experience in buying a new car at Gardena Nissan. We spoke to the manager, Muhammad, over the phone the day before we purchased our Nissan Rogue and were very impressed by his professionalism, honesty and friendliness. Muhammad quoted the price which he honored the next day at the dealership. It's rare honesty in our day and time. The whole purchasing process was smooth and fast, without any pressure. We also need to mention the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. David Jimenez was extremely knowledgeable when he patiently demonstrated all the features of our new car. We will gladly recommend this dealership to our friends and family.

Daniel was a joy to work with! Ask for him when you come. He’s knowledgeable and actually cares. A few hours of back and forth but I ended up with a beautiful car at a reasonable price.

I appreciate the woman who made a follow up call upon getting my car serviced for an oil change. Who ever serviced my car did their job but failed to inform me on the other things that I may need done on my car. Not trying to be picky about it forget the “customer is right” policy. The woman who called pretty much did his job which shows team support. She let me know that my car is also due for a tune up, tire rotation, and engine flush. I really appreciated what she did.

The welcome was great but the service after that was not so great. I arrived at 9:44 am and didn't leave until 3:00 pm which was a very long day and I spent the whole day there and even in my waiting for my car no one came to say that your car is still being serviced. and the gentle didn't come back to say I'm leaving for the day and someone will take over for me and I really felt unserved and really do not want to come back at all.
